Questions About Enrollment?
We’ve Got You Covered
Whether you’re enrolling online or with a counselor, here are some of the most common questions and clear answers.
Is online self-enrollment secure?
Yes. Online enrollment takes place on Manhattan Life’s secure platform during our rollout phase. Your information is encrypted and protected throughout the process.
Do I need to wait for Open Enrollment to sign up?
Not always. Supplemental coverages like dental, vision, accident, and disability are often available year-round. Medical coverage may require Open Enrollment or a qualifying life event.
How long does self-enrollment take?
Most people complete enrollment in less than 20 minutes. You’ll enter your details, compare plans available in your state, and set up your payment information.
Can I switch from self-enrollment to a counselor later?
Yes. If you start online and decide you’d like extra help, you can always book a counselor for guidance before completing your enrollment.
