Enroll in Benefits Your Way

At Benrollment, you decide how to get covered—fast online self-enrollment available anytime, or guided enrollment with a licensed counselor during business hours.

If you’re ready to get covered now, choose the online self-enrollment option. You’ll be directed to Manhattan Life’s secure enrollment platform (during our rollout phase). From there, you can:

  • Enter your personal information
  • Review the coverage available in your state
  • Select the plans that fit your needs
  • Set up your payment information

This option is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, so you can enroll on your schedule.

  • Compare plans with professional guidance
  • Get help gathering required info like Social Security numbers and birthdates
  • Avoid wait times with a scheduled appointment

Counselors are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, at no additional cost.

Questions About Enrollment?

We’ve Got You Covered

Whether you’re enrolling online or with a counselor, here are some of the most common questions and clear answers.

  • Is online self-enrollment secure?

Yes. Online enrollment takes place on Manhattan Life’s secure platform during our rollout phase. Your information is encrypted and protected throughout the process.

  • Do I need to wait for Open Enrollment to sign up?

Not always. Supplemental coverages like dental, vision, accident, and disability are often available year-round. Medical coverage may require Open Enrollment or a qualifying life event.

  • How long does self-enrollment take?

Most people complete enrollment in less than 20 minutes. You’ll enter your details, compare plans available in your state, and set up your payment information.

  • Can I switch from self-enrollment to a counselor later?

Yes. If you start online and decide you’d like extra help, you can always book a counselor for guidance before completing your enrollment.
